General Rules
We want to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Here are some important park rules and safety guidelines to keep in mind:
Be Kind & Courteous
We’re all here to have fun! Please treat everyone with respect and kindness.
Supervision Required
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
No Outside Food or Drink
We offer a variety of delicious food and beverages for purchase at our pro shop and food truck.
No Pets Allowed
No Pets are allowed on the property.
Most Importantly, You Must Have Fun!

No smoking or vaping in the park or parking lot
No Pets

No loitering in your vehicle
No refunds, returns, or exchanges
All credit card purchases must be accompanied by a valid ID to match the card
All sales are final
All guests must have basic swimming capability to enter
All minors must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older
All guests must sign a waiver prior to entry for each visit
All water activities and seating are subject to availability
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
Failure to follow the above mentioned rules may result in immediate expulsion from the park premises without refund or compensation of any kind

Must be 6 years old OR 48 inches tall
Must arrive 30 minutes prior to session for check in and life jacket fitting
Must wear a life jacket at all times (Life Vests are provided on site)
Absolutely no rough play
No diving or flips
No jewelry, sharp objects, or selfie sticks
No shoes allowed (aqua socks accepted)
No belly/stomach sliding
No swimming under obstacle course pieces or yellow barriers
Must enter and exit at specified entrance and exit
Obstacle course sessions are subject to availability and first come first serve
Sessions on the top of the hour every hour
Must engage in 5 minute safety briefing before entry
Approximately 55 minutes of course time per session

The Adventure Lagoon is not responsible for theft or damage to your property or vehicle while on the premises. You assume all risk to your vehicle and property
We encourage Uber, Lift, Carpool, Vanpool and Group buses (For Vanpool and Buses please call for arrangements)

You must bring the card used to make your online purchase and a valid ID that matches the card used
Your online passes do not guarantee immediate entry, you must redeem your passes at the pro-shop prior to entry to collect your wristband
Waivers must be verified for all guests coming to the park
The Adventure Lagoon reserves the right to void your purchase for any reason

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your birthday party. You will be paying the rest in full upon your arrival. The payment must be made using the same chipped credit card or debit card that you made the deposit with online accompanied by the ID matching the name on the card.
Cancellation - 5 day prior notice of cancellation is required for a full refund.
Less than 5 days notice a credit will be issued if you want to cancel or change time slots - it can be utilized for any park activities except food. Credit will expire on October 31st or the last day the park is open for the year.
You and your guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before your party is scheduled to begin to be ticketed, trained on the obstacle course, and suited with your lifejacket.
If your party includes and obstacle course session- your session will begin promptly on the hour that you choose and is 55 min long with a 5 minute safety briefing
Absolutely no outside food, drinks, or coolers
You may bring a cake or cupcakes that we can store for you in our fridge onsite - must be able to fit in a standard size fridge. Please bring a cake cutting utensil as one will not be provided
Only plates and napkins are provided
Absolutely no outside floatation devices other than coast guard certified life vests
Absolutely no alcohol - We have a zero tolerance policy for alcohol. If you are found with alcohol on our premises your admission will be revoked with no refund and your party will be asked to leave
Absolutely no EZ-ups or tents allowed - you may bring your own chairs or umbrellas that must be anchored into the ground which you will be responsible for
Absolutely no guests are permitted in your party that have not checked in, verified waivers, and received a wristband from our lagoon crew
If anyone in your party is found disobeying park rules and regulations your entire party may be asked to leave with no refund
Aqua Park Safety
Your safety is our priority. Here are some important rules to follow while conquering our exciting aquapark:
Life Vest Required
U.S. Coast Guard approved life vests must be worn at all times on the aquapark. (Life Vests are provided on site)
Slide Safety
Always go down slides feet first. Headfirst diving, flips, and roughhousing are not allowed.
Stay Above Water
Do not swim underneath any features of the aquapark.
Courtesy is Key
Be mindful of other users, especially younger participants.
Helping Hand
If you see someone in need, lend a helping hand or alert a park attendant.
Report Issues
If you observe any unsafe behavior or have any concerns, please report them to a park attendant immediately.

Yes. Lifeguards will be assisting with your water park experience.

Yes. The obstacle course has a minimum height requirement of 48” inches.
All other activities need parental or responsible adult/guardian supervision

For general entry – we recommend 30 minutes prior to your schedule session (Obstacle Course, Kayak, SUP or other rental)
For birthday parties – we recommend the event coordinator (Parent) check in 45 minutes before the party time.

You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours after making the reservation. A credit will be established under your name after 24 hours has passed from the time you booked; if you would still like to cancel your reservation time. The credit can be used up to October 31st or the last open day of the park for the season.
ID that matches the credit card transaction must be used to redeem the credit. No refund or cash back – sales are final.

Additional pizza orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. Pizza delivery times and toppings cannot be changed once selected. You may add additional drinks at the time or your party if you wish.
